Merchandise may be returned for a Store Credit. You have 5 days to submit this claim from the date that you receive your package.

You must contact us at 937-854-7510 or email us at gillmartandco@gmail.com within 3 business days upon receiving your delivery.

You must request a Return Authorization #.
Ship back the package immediately. Authorization numbers are only valid for 5 days.
Please ensure your package; we are not accountable for lost or misdirected returns.

ATTENTION:
The items [s] must be shipped back in the original state, packaging, tags, cover, and hanger.
The item [s] will not be accepted & will be rejected, if the item [s ] have any traces, hints, indications that will give evidence, the item [s] have been worn.

Must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it.
ALL HATS ARE FINAL SALE! Due to sanitary reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT any returns on all hats.

We DO NOT SHIP internationally.
Gill Mart & Co. reserves the right to decline or not accept any items [s].
The manufacturer does charge a [ Re-stocking Fee of 25%].
The remaining balance [less shipping] will be applied as a store credit.
In the event that we made an error with your order, we will reimburse your shipping fees up to $25 USD for Domestic orders. We recommend that you use USPS for the best pricing. You will receive the refund or store credit once your return has been inspected and received.

Store Credit is valid for 6 months.
